Body brushing turns out to be a very important daily health routine. It eliminates toxins from the body and invigorates the skin. This body brush is very light, making it easy to use. The bristles aren't too firm, and they're nice and clean. I wouldn't recommend using it wet, although the instructions indicate that you can do so. It's perfect for dry-brushing, and the brush is attractive and pleasant enough that you won't mind seeing it every day.

I love this Japanese bath brush! It is great used wet or dry for bathing or to increase circulation and eliminate toxins from the system. Great quality, fair price.

I bought this product because I had heard that brushing your skin makes it more healthy and vibrant. I also wanted something that I could use before getting into the shower to help remove the dead skin cells from my arms and neck. This works really great. It's not too abrasive and it does a fine job in removing the dead skin. After using this product you will be amazed at how your skin is more supple and smooth and looks more healthy. It may take a while to get use to the feel of the brushing, but it is well worth it.

I bought one of these for myself and immediately bought another for my husband. We are both pleased and I started to notice the benefits after only a couple of weeks.
